To paraphrase Peter Drucker: We're living in an economic order in which knowledge – not labor, raw materials or capital – is the key resource. We're in a social order in which inequality, based on knowledge, is the major challenge.
Some thoughts on this: Our government isn't capable of solving today's social and economic problems. Individuals and companies must contribute significantly to taking care of the less fortunate. Therefore, education, focus and energy are – as usual – the keys to success.
If we align our constant education with working in a learning – and teaching – organization, focused on a worthy mission and operating with high values – we'll be leaders in the new economic order.
